2012 Region 4 Championships Ad Form
We recommend that clubs have their gymnasts submit T-shirt/hoodie orders and payment payable to the gym/booster club as soon as possible and submit 1 group order to NSG via email to rs-schmidt@juno.com (mail 1 check from the gym/booster club to NSG). However, we will also take individual orders if both the order form and check are received by the due date. Please check with your club/booster club regarding how orders will be submitted.
T-shirt/Hoodie orders and payment must be received to NSG by April 9, 2012.
