State Chairs are 2 year terms.

Elections for State Chair is one (1) vote per club

Region Chair is a four year term.

The State Chairpersons will elect the Regional Chairperson.

Most of Region 4’s income is from a head tax for each registered gymnast. The membership fee is $20 per gymnast. The membership fee is due to the Region Chairman by December 1st. Each State is to collect the fee from their clubs and forward to the region Chair in one check or USAG transfer.
Clubs that are delinquent will not be eligible to bid for Region 4 Championships.

The Region 4 Future Stars and clinic will rotate from state to state excluding North Dakota and South Dakota. The following is the rotation:
2021—-Nebraska
2022—-Wisconsin
2023—-Iowa
2024—-Minnesota
2025—-Nebraska
2026—-Wisconsin
2027—-Iowa

Each host state will provide a gym to host the competition and clinic. The Future Stars competition must have a competitive trampoline plus all six events. The host of the clinic must be big enough to host over 100 gymnast. It is IDEAL but not mandatory to have both the Future Stars and Clinic in the same host gym. The clinic will be part of the ETC selection procedure. All ETC Staff will coach at the clinic. The Region chair will get USAG sanctions to cover the events. The Future Stars will be on a Friday and the clinic will be all day on Saturday and half day on Sunday. Host must work closely with the Region Chair to make plan event. Host must provide host hotel and meeting room for the region. Meeting can be at the host gym or hotel. Host will be paid a facilities fee from Region 4.

Region 4 Championships will rotate between each state. When each state has their turn in rotation, they will submit one bid to the board at the spring meeting for vote. Each state should vote on their bid at their fall state meeting.

Region 4 Championships will be for levels 4-10. Level 4-6 will be Region 4 Invitation. Levels 7-10 will be Region 4 Championships.
The Region 4 Championship meet will follow all USAG rules and policies for meet format and individual awards as a minimum.
*Each State Chair will collect Regional entries at their State Meet.
Region entries into the USAG reservation system are due February 1st of each year.
